Hi, I’m Naomi.

I’m delightfully obsessed with helping people discover how simple change can feel when you stop fighting yourself and start working with your nervous system and body.

To me, the secret to a well-lived life starts with presence; what it feels like to sit and just be with yourself, when no one else is watching.

I’ve trained in neuroscience-based coaching, somatic practices, and integrative change work. But more than that, I’ve lived through the deep inner resistance, the spirals of starting and stopping, and the exhaustion of trying to will myself into change while managing perfectionism.
