All the details

We'll meet live on zoom. You'll receive your own private link for your session, exclusively for you, never shared with anyone else. At the start time of our call click on the zoom link in your email / calendar. I'll be there to meet you at the agreed time.

I highly recommend joining the zoom call from your phone so that the call feels more natural for you. Make yourself comfortable, take the call lying on your couch. Avoid sitting upright at the desk. This tends to to turn on the analytical thinking brain.

Video is off for our call to drop out of the mind and into the body. You can choose to have me hit record for your session. Afterwards I'll send it to you so you can listen again for deeper integration.

Payment is to be made in full before your session begins.

24 hour window for cancellations of any kind.

I highly encourage you to clear your schedule for at least an hour after the call has ended to allow time for you to steep in your experience and integrate.

If you are desiring working 1:1 further this is the prerequisite, this is where we begin. However, there is no expectation of you after this call at all to continue working with me.

Call Prepartion

I encourage you to process in your own way so that you may have a few main areas of focus going into our call. If that doesn't feel possible for you at this time, don't worry about it, we will be able to untangle it all together.

Grounding practices are powerful in preparing for a coaching call. Be well fed + digested. Get a good night's sleep. Be well hydrated. Go out for a walk. Be in nature + look out to the trees and horizon / up to the skies (this helps us zoom out and connect to something bigger than our current situation) Meditate. Dance. Write. Alll of these grounding practices will support you and allow you to land even deeper when you are in your call.

You don't need to worry about having anything prepared in terms of what to say. I've got you, let me hold you, let me guide you. I show up for you with the structure and questions that allows you to drop in. And there is always so much beauty created real time in the moment that could never be prepared for :)

how to integrate our conversation

After Your Call

I feel that it is so so so important to take time for yourself after our call. You are most likely not going to get the most out of your session if you rush off to the next task. Sit and Be with the energy after your call. This is again, the time for your favourite grounding practices.

I highly recommend having your journal handy and free flow writing (stream of consciousness) everything and anything that is coming up for you. As you write endeavour not to judge any words, feelings or any of what you are writing.

You may like to take a walk or have a bath. Connecting with the elements will support you.
