Your self-trust has slowly eroded, along with your confidence. You're starting to believe that you're too flawed. That it's too late to create the life you really want. To just do the thing. To make the change. To take the leap.
You're bright. You're smart. You're so ready to stop starting, stalling and stopping again. But something always seems to come up and you break your word. You know you can but you get caught up trying to figure out 'the how’. And the more you try to figure it all out, the more you keep circling on ‘why’?? Why is it taking so long Why does it feel this hard? Why can't I just figure it out?
Holding anything new, holding uncertainty, holding anything more than you already are, has become a threat to your system.
These are patterns running in the background. Habituated patterns designed to keep you safe, to save energy, to process the present and predict the future, based off your past.
Patterns that have been with you since childhood, influencing your motivation, your biases, your beliefs and the habits you keep repeating.
Let’s get your unconscious mind on board with creating real lasting change. It was never about smashing through the inner resistance.
And you’re done waiting for the right conditions, the perfect timing to make it happen, to do the thing, to finally move forward with bringing your vision to life.
Like you’ve become the kind of person who just does the thing. You let your effort get to count and it feels so much lighter.
You want to be able to move faster. With more integrity, more grace, more precision and even more messiness too, without it feeling like the end of the world.
Taking on your day without spinning out about every little detail. No longer needing to clear your schedule or wanting to burn the whole thing down.
Expanded capacity; Being able to feel more ease in how you respond to life, to the unknown, to your next move.
Old triggers are now choice points.
... Stopping and starting over and over again, talking yourself out of things, overthinking until you're exhausted and resentful, getting so overwhelmed that you go into freeze and you don't end up taking action.
You didn't just turn into an anxious, stressed out person. These are old patterns slowing you down.
It's the words that come after "I always..." Or when you say "I never..." That's where your patterns are hiding.
Together we'll learn how to recognize those patterns earlier and respond differently when stress, uncertainty and resistance show up.
You've tried a new morning routine 110 times. You've bought the journal. You've tried the workout plan or the meal plan. You've tried.
You've whipped yourself into submission. You've talked badly to yourself and created a whole story about it all. The first of the month comes, then the end of the week comes, and then you tell yourself it was just bad timing or that you didn't really want it that badly.
You know what you want, so why is it so hard to stick to the plan and see it through? There's that split-second moment that inevitably arises. The uncomfortable feeling. The uncertainty. And your system will do whatever it can to get back to what feels familiar. Then you wonder what's wrong with you.
You'll learn practical tools that help your mind and body feel safe enough to move forward instead of automatically retreating back to what's familiar.
Start practicing how you actually want to feel, respond and show up in your life. This is something our tricky little minds do on repeat: we focus on what we don't want and all the ways we feel like life isn't going right for us. Then it's all we notice, everything we don't want. Everything except what we actually do.
You're always going to want to know why. You're always going to want the explanation. To know where to place the blame. Thinking more information will solve the problem. But more information often just reopens the wound and pulls you back in.
Sometimes it's less about a life overhaul and more about noticing the way your system responds to uncertainty. How your body feels in response to the inevitable stress that comes your way. Sometimes it's not even about getting rid of the stress. It's about updating how you feel in the face of stress and expanding your nervous system's capacity to hold more of the life you want.
What if we spent less time obsessing over why you feel the way you do and more time practicing how you want to feel? It's a radically different experience to start choosing how you want to feel instead of focusing on how you don't want to feel.
This is your internal foundation that allows you to feel resilient, supported, capable and deeply connected to yourself as you're creating change.
A hard day at work doesn't ruin your night. A difficult conversation doesn't take up the next three days of your life. You've been doing well for a while and falling off your routine doesn't mean it's the end of the story. You simply pick back up where you left off.
Life still happens. Stress still happens. Uncertainty still happens. The difference is that you know how to come back to yourself. You know how to recalibrate. You trust yourself to handle what's in front of you without spiralling, shutting down or abandoning yourself the moment things get uncomfortable.
Instead of needing perfect conditions to keep moving forward, you build the capacity to hold more of what life asks of you.
If you're thinking, "this sounds exactly like what I want," your next delicious step is to tuck into the application form below.

“Naomi is the sweetest and most down-to-earth person I've ever worked with! She's funny, quirky and raw in all the ways you need while coaching.
While working with Naomi, I began rewiring my neural pathways for more positive responses and creating a sense of safety that felt impossible through therapy.
She coaches the subconscious mind to uncover how we're TRULY feeling in situations and offers amazing tools to change those patterns.
If you've been doing the work but still feel like the progress isn't showing up, I encourage you to try this. We can intellectualize our healing, but it's in the subconscious we begin integrating it.”
— Kaylee Peterson
When you look back at your life, it's easy to believe you've always been this way.
Because you don't just remember what happened, you create meaning from it. It's easy to mistake patterns for personality.
You've always been "anxious." ..."inconsistent." You’ve always just been “flakey”... A bit “scattered”.
You don't remember every time someone told you that you were doing great. You remember the criticism. The embarrassing moment. The comment that stung. The time you felt rejected. Those moments carry more weight. Over time they become evidence. And evidence becomes identity. The procrastinator. The dreamer. Too sensitive. The Perfectionist.
Eventually the conclusion feels obvious: you're the problem. Of course you think it's your fault. That something's wrong with you. That you're flawed.
Eventually we stop seeing patterns and start seeing personality.
What if your patterns actually make sense? What if the resistance you're feeling isn't proof that something is wrong with you?
When it clicks, you stop taking everything so personally.
You stop making yourself wrong. You start to see what’s actually happening. You begin witnessing yourself differently. The witness who understands instead of shames. There’s room for the parts of you that have struggled. There’s room for the parts of you that learned to be this way for a reason.
You don’t need to fight yourself to change. You learned patterns for coping, for surviving and for being accepted that are no longer necessary or helpful.
They just don't give themselves enough space to integrate. Change doesn't happen when you learn something new. Change happens when what you've learned becomes part of how you live. Every session you will meet yourself, honestly and perfectly as you are. Nothing is needed from you other than curiosity and a willingness to show up. It’s simple, but it's not always easy.
This is where time and integration are assets. There’s time to wonder. Time to wander. Time to question if it's working. Time to realize you are exactly where you’re meant to be.
This program is spacious. Designed to give you a place to land. A place to be supported. A place to become.
You hit send.
You have the conversation.
You rest without guilt.
You stop obsessing over things that drain you.
You say yes when you mean yes.
And no when you mean no.
What a full body relief. The feeling of putting the bags down. Of not negotiating with yourself all day. The feeling of finally exhaling and softening.
This old familiar loop of:
"Why is this so hard?"
"What's wrong with me?"
"Here I go again..."
Starts to sound more like:
"Ohhhh, I know what's happening now."
"And I know what I need."
"I caught it earlier."
"I came back quicker this time."
"I handled it."
“I didn't spend hours spiralling.”
"I actually did the thing."
We're creating: Repetition. Integration. Remembering. Accountability. Coming back to yourself over and over again.
Your body’s cues become signals. Change starts feeling sustainable. Doable. One step at a time.
What if the problem isn’t actually a lack of discipline? There’s simply a mismatch between the life you want and the patterns your nervous system learned a long time ago. A part of you wants to move forward. Another part is still trying to keep you safe.
This is the tension most people are living inside of.
It’s the shift from, “I’m the problem.” to “I know how to handle this.”
This is exactly what we do inside Season of Change. Instead of forcing change through discipline, we work with the unconscious mind, the nervous system and body. We build capacity. We create safety. We work with the pattern instead of fighting it.
A walk through the process
... So how do we actually get there?
month 1:
This is where we stop the unwanted patterns, thoughts, beliefs, emotions and habits that are incongruent with what you want.
We focus on what needs to change, what's in the way and what you no longer want to be doing.
You learn how to catch triggers in real time and use the tools to change the way you've been unconsciously responding. You begin understanding what's actually happening beneath the surface when you feel dysregulated.
It's a big month filled with lots of little breakthroughs. There is something incredibly freeing about realizing old triggers and stressors no longer have the same hold on you.
Month 2:
By now, you're building confidence and self-trust through using the tools and letting your day-to-day life become the evidence that change is taking root. You're more resourced and have built more capacity to hold what you want.
You get clearer on what you actually want. Not what you think you should want. Not what you've been told you want. You stop making yourself wrong and begin understanding your patterns differently.
Where month one focuses on what needs to stop, month two focuses on what you're wanting to begin. What you're wanting to create. What you're wanting to bring more of into your life.
Month 3:
Your baseline has shifted and an identity update is required. You've been so used to being how you've been that now what's required is allowing the changes you've made to count. Trusting your process as it's unfolding. There will be moments where you slip back into old ways of thinking and being, but this is where there's a fork in the road. Continue reinforcing the old patterns or be willing to lay down new tracks. You let there be wobbles and learn to trust that they're part of growing.
You start choosing differently. You're no longer negotiating with yourself all day. You start trusting your first answer. You aren't waiting until you're 100% ready.
You notice yourself doing things that used to take days, weeks or months of overthinking. The changes you've been practicing start becoming visible in the way you move through your day.
Month 4:
This is where the change starts to feel like yours. You trust yourself more. The tools feel natural. You know exactly what to do when old patterns show up.
You stop relying on motivation and start relying on the relationship you've built with yourself. You've built strong foundations and expanded your nervous system's capacity to hold more of what you want.
This is the point where we can explore the deeper meaning beneath the patterns you joined Season of Change wanting to stop. We uncover the intelligence and wisdom within them and how to work with them as guides moving forward. Together, we create a roadmap for what you want to sustain after Season of Change and how to anchor it in a way that feels exciting, realistic and sustainable.

questions you may be asking
Most traditional coaching focuses on mindset, strategy and accountability. Talk therapy often focuses on insight, processing and understanding the past to present. Season of Change works at the level of the unconscious mind, nervous system and body, because that’s where most deeply ingrained patterns and stress responses actually live. Instead of only talking about change intellectually, we work with how your system is responding to change underneath the surface.
Because when the body perceives change as unsafe, it’s incredibly hard to follow through consistently, no matter how badly you want something logically. The goal isn’t more pressure or discipline. The goal is building the capacity, resilience and self-trust to move through change differently.
Every session is conversational, collaborative and tailored to what you’re moving through in real time. We’ll explore patterns, stress responses and unconscious conditioning influencing how you’re experiencing change, while also working with the body and nervous system through somatic practices, regulation tools, subconscious work and practical integration. The goal is always the same: helping you build awareness in real time, interrupt old patterns and create new positive responses that feel like you can keep up on your own outside of the session.
Conversational hypnosis is a modern form of hypnosis. You are fully awake, aware and in control the entire time. This is not stage hypnosis or mind control. It’s a gentle and super effective way of helping the mind and body become more receptive to new patterns, perspectives and emotional responses so that change feels easier to integrate and sustain. It truly just feels like a conversation.
The Meta Pattern of Change is the framework we use to help your mind and nervous system respond differently to stress, triggers and change. Rather than simply talking about a problem, we work through a process that helps you recognize a pattern, interrupt it, access a more resourceful state and begin creating a new response. Over time, this helps build awareness, resilience and self-trust while making change feel more sustainable and less forced.
Because most of what we think, feel and do happens automatically. Many people already know exactly what they should be doing, yet still find themselves repeating the same patterns. That's because insight alone doesn't automatically create change. By working with the unconscious mind, nervous system and body, we can begin changing the patterns underneath the behaviours rather than relying solely on logic, willpower or discipline.
The conscious mind is just the tip of the iceberg. Thinking, talking, processing can only get you so far… We want to go deeper for real change...The unconscious mind is the seat of your patterns, habits, motivation, beliefs and biases. It's how we leverage change.
Absolutely. You're in the right place if you identify as self-aware. Many have spent years trying to understand themselves. The challenge usually isn't awareness. It's creating change that actually sticks. Season of Change helps bridge the gap between knowing and doing so that your insight becomes something you can actually live.
Most people think they’re scared of failing, but often what they’re actually experiencing is a nervous system response to uncertainty, visibility, discomfort or the unfamiliar. Your resistance is not proof that you’re lazy, broken or incapable of change. It’s usually a protective pattern. Season of Change is designed to help you work with those responses differently so that change stops feeling like something you have to force yourself through and starts feeling safer to sustain.
Many of the people drawn to this work feel exactly the same way. They've read the books, listened to the podcasts, taken the courses and spent years trying to understand themselves. Knowing what to do usually isn't the problem. Most people already know what they "should" be doing. The challenge is what happens when stress, uncertainty, discomfort or fear show up in the body.
This work helps your nervous system, unconscious mind and body become part of the change process instead of something you're constantly trying to override. We're not trying to force old patterns to disappear. We're creating new experiences, new evidence and new responses through repetition.
What I love about this work is that it connects a lot of dots.
My Story
Honestly, for years I thought I was the problem.
…so self aware it hurt.
Using my gifts against myself.
I found myself stuck in the same cycle over and over again. I'd get inspired and build beautiful plans that rarely made it into real life. I knew what I wanted. I could see the vision clearly. I just couldn't seem to follow through…. ever.
The most frustrating part was realizing my self-awareness wasn't translating into change.
Self-awareness became another form of procrastination.
Understanding myself wasn't creating any change, it was actually keeping me stuck.
Every time I tried to move forward, a deeper part of me was pulling the emergency brake back. This realization was a fork in the road for me. I stopped asking how to force change and started asking what was getting in the way.
I realized I wasn't trying to build a better life. I was trying to finally be present for the one I already had.
I used to spend so much time trying to fix myself that I missed huge chunks of my life. I was always preparing to begin again. Optimizing. Refining. Waiting until I felt ready. I wasn't actually living my life.
What I care most about is helping people stop making themselves so wrong for being the way they are. My clients tell me that one of the most valuable parts of our work together is feeling deeply understood without feeling judged. I'm not particularly interested in 'fixing' people. I'm interested in understanding them.
Most of us have spent years trying to solve ourselves. Slow down long enough to see what's actually happening and things start making a lot more sense. Once we can see the pattern clearly, change stops feeling so mysterious.
I help people stop fighting themselves long enough to see what's actually happening. I've found that most people don't need more pressure, accountability or another strategy. They need enough space and support to notice what's actually happening beneath the surface.
I believe the resistance you're feeling is there for a good reason.
I believe your patterns make sense.

Practical details
No. Season of Change is a coaching container that blends nervous system education, somatic practices, subconscious pattern work and integrative coaching tools to support personal growth and lasting change. This work is not a replacement for therapy, mental health treatment or medical care, and I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
You'll have access to WhatsApp or Telegram support on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the program. This gives you a place to ask questions, share wins, get unstuck and receive support as you apply what you're learning in real life.
Not at all. Many of my clients are completely new to coaching, nervous system work or hypnosis. Curiosity and a willingness to show up are far more important than experience with traditional coaching.
By the end of Season of Change you'll have a much deeper understanding of your patterns and how to work with them, a toolbox of practical techniques and a stronger relationship with yourself. Some clients feel complete after four months while others choose to continue coaching to deepen the work or focus on new goals. There are options we can chat about if you're wanting to continue past season of change.
Season of Change is $2,000 CAD. Payments can be distributed across 4, 6, or 8 months. Just tell me what you feels most accessible for you right now. There is never an additional fee for different payment plan options.
We meet three times each month, with the fourth week reserved for integration. This is an intentional part of the coaching process, giving you space to practice the tools, let the work land and integrate the changes you're creating.
I work with incredible clients from all over the world, so wherever you're located, we'll find a call time that works well for both of us. You can either book your sessions as you go or choose a recurring day and time each month if you prefer the consistency.
“Naomi's approach gave me the space to speak freely about my experiences and to feel a sense of safety to do so. She is also adept at re-directing the sessions in a gentle way so that the time spent with her feels purposeful.
Her explanations are clear, and she shared a lot of knowledge about tangible ways to create the space and time I need to become more intentional with my thoughts, and clearer in my mind; setting the stage for myself to express my boundaries from a more grounded place.
I've been integrating the knowledge I gained from the coaching sessions, and I have really seen a difference taking shape in my abilities to lead at work with more confidence, and in expressing myself within my relationships. “
